Thirty minutes on Google Meet with someone who already works at a company you are targeting. They will tell you whether your CV clears their bar, which of your target companies to drop, and how the visa route actually played out for them.
What this is not
You are buying someone’s time and honest opinion, not a referral and not an interview. Most employers’ policies forbid an employee taking payment for a referral, so nobody here sells one. A mentor may choose to refer someone they rate, on their own initiative and within their employer’s rules — that is their call, never something you paid for. Mentors also will not share confidential interview questions or unpublished pay bands.
