What we provide

WorkSponsored is an information service. We aggregate publicly available government records and publicly advertised job postings, and we present our own assessment of how likely a role is to be open to someone requiring visa sponsorship.

What we do not provide

We are not an immigration adviser, recruitment agency, or employer. We give no legal advice. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, referrals, or the grant of any visa. Sponsorship and hiring decisions are made entirely by employers and immigration authorities, and our confidence scores are estimates that may be wrong.

Accuracy

We take reasonable care to reproduce government data faithfully and we link to the source of every claim so you can verify it. Government registers change, and our data may lag. You should verify any fact material to a decision you are making.

Acceptable use

Your access is personal. You may not scrape, resell, or redistribute the index, or share account access. Automated bulk extraction will result in termination without refund.

Insider calls

A call is a purchase of a mentor’s time only. No referral, introduction, or hiring outcome is promised or included, and mentors are independent individuals rather than our employees or agents. If a mentor does not attend, we refund the call in full.

Payment

Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Paddle’s terms also apply to your purchase.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
