- Why is it cheaper in some countries?
- Because a price that is trivial in London is a week’s food budget elsewhere, and most of our users are in Asia and Africa. We discount by purchasing power down to the point where a sale still covers its own costs. We do not discount below that, because a business that loses money on every sale stops existing.
- Can I get a refund?
- Within 14 days, for any reason, no questions asked. Email us. Since access is revoked on refund, there is no version of this where you keep the data and the money.
- Is Full Access really one payment?
- Yes. No renewal, no card on file. Pro is the monthly option and it adds matching and alerts on top — you never need it to use the index.
- Who handles payment?
